Vienna Life, an anglicized version of the three act operetta, Wiener Blut (Carletheater, Vienna, 26 October 1899) by Victor Léon and Leon Stein, with the music of Johann Strauss, was produced at the Broadway Theatre, New York, on 23 January 1901. The cast included Ethel Jackson, Charles H. Drew, Thomas Persse, Amelia Stone, Raymond Hitchcock, William Blaisdell and Octavie Barbe. The piece was not a success, closing after only 35 performances.
