'ANNIE ST. TEL.
'A picture of the young and talented dancer, Annie St. Tel, who recently made her debut as a fantastic character danseuse in E.E. Rice's Little Christopher Columbus, at the Garden Theatre [New York], is printed on another page [68]. Miss St. Tel was born in New York eighteen years ago, and she has been studying for the past year under Mme. Eloise Kruger, the famous teacher of stage dancing. Mr. Rice, quickly perceiving Miss St. Tel's abilities, signed her for the season with his company, where her success was instantaneous and pronounced. She has a large repertoire of dancers, together with a complete wardrobe. Miss St. Tel's varied and graceful dancing fully merits her phenomenal rise.'
