A. & S. Gatti, the brothers Agostino Gatti (1842-1897) and Stephano Gatti (1844-1906), well known in late Victorian London, were proprietors of both the Grand Cafe and Restaurant and the Adelphi Restaurant as well as being lessees/proprietors of the Vaudeville and Adelphi Theatres.
